Site is available to rent on Saturdays only. Site fee includes rental of the property for five hours. The Bella Union provides tables and chairs in inventory.

Policies
I. GENERAL INFO
The Bella Union is available to rent until 12 midnight. Various rental packages are available depending on the amount of guests in the event. Available for rent are the Grand Ballroom, 1880s Saloon, Parlor, and Dining Room. Capacity in each room varies and depends upon configuration. Base rental for all packages includes 5 hours use of facilities. Each additional hour will be charged at an additional rate.
II. INCLUSIONS
Included in base rental are tables and chairs in inventory. (Table linens will not be provided.)

III. SETUP & BREAKDOWNA. Setup. The Bella Union will setup tables and chairs included in inventory. The Bella Union does not setup outside furnishings. A floor plan must be submitted in writing (2 weeks prior to the date of the event) to the venue manager for request of approval.
B. Facility Access. Most deliveries and event preparations may be accommodated. Deliveries outside of the contracted time frame must be approved by the venue manager. Such deliveries require appointments and must be made in advance. Everything brought into the facility must be removed by noon the day following the event.
C. Breakdown. Decorations must be removed by noon the day following the event. Facility shall also be returned to original setting. Caterers must clean prep area by the end of the rental time period. Failure to comply with the cleaning/breakdown requirements will result in the excess cleaning charge of $350.00.
IV. DECORATIONS
This is a historical property. All proposed decor arrangements must be submitted in writing (2 weeks prior to the date of the event) to the venue manager for request of approval. Decorating must be performed during rental times agreed upon. The Bella Union does not supply centerpieces. Flowers are the responsibility of the party. Furniture may not be moved unless written authorized approval is obtained from the venue manager 2 weeks prior to the event.
The following materials are strictly PROHIBITED: glitter, uncooked rice & birdseed, confetti, silly string, bubble machines, fog machines, or any such residual decorative items. Also, NO nails or screws may be driven into any wall, paneling, or molding.
V. FOOD/MUSIC/ENTERTAINMENT
A. Food. Catering is not provided. All caterers must contact the Bella Union prior to the event. It is strongly suggested they visit the Bella Union facility prior to the event. A kitchen is available. However, utensils and cooking-ware will not be provided. If kitchen is utilized, it must be cleaned and restore prior to end of contract period. Otherwise, an additional $200.00 kitchen cleanup fee will be charged. Parking is available for catering staff during non-holiday weekends. See parking information for schedule.
B. Cake/Dessert. If Bella Union is requested to cut and serve cake and/or dessert, then additional plates and utensils will be provided for an additional rate per guest at the event. This charge is to cover additional staff required.
C. Music/Entertainment. All musicians and/or DJs must cease playing by 11:15pm. This provides sufficient time to dismantle their equipment and be off the premises by midnight.
VI. ALCOHOL
The Bella Union is the only authorized licensee for selling or serving liquor on the premises. All wine, beer, and hard alcohol must be purchased through the Bella Union. Alcohol will be charged at retail price. Please contact venue manager for pricing information. By law, no alcohol may be brought on or off the premises. If any is found, it will be confiscated. NO ONE UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE MAY CONSUME ALCOHOL. Bella Union staff are required to request identification on any person and may refuse alcohol service if person is underage or appears too intoxicated (in accordance to judgment of staff member). CASH BAR ONLY. No credit or debit cards or personal checks.
VII. PAYMENTS & GUARANTEE
A. Payments. Deposits and payments are non-refundable. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a date. Deposit will be applied towards the balance. The second payment of 50% is due at the midpoint between the contract date and event date. The remaining balance plus a $500.00 security deposit are due 2 weeks prior to the event date. A contract agreement along with a current credit card will be kept on file. Lack of payment will result in cancellation of event. Acceptable forms of payment: cash, cashier's check, or credit/debit cards. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
B. Security Deposit. Along with the final payment is a required $500.00 security deposit. Once the premises are cleared of significant damage, the $500 security deposit will be refunded on the first business day after the event.
C. Event Date Changes. Client can reschedule the event date. Allowable date changes depend on availability. Deposit and payments will transfer to the new date.
VIII. SECURITY. Security is optional and can provide assistance in monitoring incoming traffic and guests. Security is in contact and can alert local law enforcement authorities. Rate is $35.00 per hour with a four hour minimum.
IX. CANCELLATIONS. Deposit and payments are not refundable upon cancellation.
X. PARKING. Complimentary parking adjacent to the Bella Union is available and can be reserved for an event. The Bella Union is NOT responsible for theft or damange to any vehicle or its contents.
XI. FIRE SAFETY. Per Arizona ordinance A.R.S. §36-601.01, smoking is NOT allowed inside. There is a “no open-flame” policy inside the facility; candles, sparklers, or fireworks are not allowed.
XII. HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION. The Bella Union will not be held liable for damage, loss of personal articles left on premises, property damage, or loss, including, but not limited to death and personal injury incurred to client or guests. It is agreed that the Bella Union and its owners and staff are discharged of any claims and demands arising from aforementioned claims.
XIII. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. No weapons are allowed on the premises.
The Bella Union reserves the right to contact local law enforcement officials if necessary.
No live animals are permitted in the Bella Union unless prior written approval from the venue manager is acquired.
Furthermore, a Bella Union representative may remain present at all events.
